I just recently came back from a most wonderful retreat with my herbal mentor Roin Rose Bennett. It renewed and refreshed me, as well as impressed upon me how powerful, life changing, and even vital retreats can be! On my retreat, I dedicated myself to the path and tradition of the Wise Woman. I shared this wondrous experience with twelve other women and we created a ond of sisterhood that I full believe will not ever be broken.

Before this experience, I was only a semi-believer in the value of retreats. I had been on them before and had wonderful times, however I hadn’t really seen them as an important parto of helping me live happily in the world. With this retreat however, this truth touched home. I now see that retreats can be the rebirth and renewal one needs to live courageously, successfully, and happily as themselves.

With that in mind, I want to share with you some of the retreat resources I’ve found in my quest to be sure that I give myself what I need to live fully as myself:). Please stop by the forum or email me as well and let me know what retreats you’ve been on or have heard of that you’d like to share!
