Carb Options Ranch Dressing

If you're eating healthy food, you'll be having a lot of salads. Most diets recommend that you have a salad before lunch and dinner. It provides important nutrients and helps to fill you up with healthy food. CarbOptions has come out with a ranch dressing with 0g per serving!

I really like this dressing and use it all the time on my salads. It is rich and creamy, very flavorful. It works its way down around all of the bits and does a great job of giving a good texture to the salad.

In addition, we find the dressing is great for random dipping - celery sticks, carrot sticks, buffalo wings, you name it. With 0g of carbs, you are really pretty wide open here with how you use this.

Down side? While there are 0g of trans fats in this, there are 2.5g of saturated fat. A serving has 150 calories - 140 of those being fat. Even while low carbers count carbs - you can't inhale 8 trillion calories and expect to lose weight. Low carbing is all about moderation. So yes, this is great as a salad dressing, but don't eat it by the cupful!

Highly recommended as a tasty salad option, and a nice dipping sauce!
