Hill & Valley Sugar Free Yellow Cupcakes

Hill & Valley Sugar Free Yellow Cupcakes
If you're avoiding sugar, then track down some Hill & Valley sugar-free yellow cupcakes. They have only 6g net carbs per cupcake. The sweeteners are maltitol and sorbitol.

There are four yellow cupcakes per container, which I got for $3.49 at my local supermarket. The cupcakes come from Rock Island IL, and I got them in Massachusetts, so undoubtedly you can get these pretty much anywhere in the US if you ask your supermarket to bring them in.

The cupcakes are REALLY good. The cake itself is light and fluffy, and the white frosting is simply superb and fluffy. There are even colorful sprinkles on top to add to the fesive look. The cupcakes go perfectly with an afternoon tea, or a glass of wine if you prefer.

I have to add the usual caveat in here, because the food is sweetened with sugar alcohols. Most of us in the world don't have any problems at all with sugar alcohols. However, some people get really upset stomachs with even a little amount of sugar alcohols. If you haven't had food with sugar alcohols before, have a SMALL amount (less than one serving) first and wait an hour. If you don't seem to have a really rumbly stomach, you're probably OK to go.

Be sure to ask for these at your local store, so that we can keep these guys in business :)
