Feel Your Way Fit - Introduction

Once upon a time, many years ago, Alexander the Great was setting his targets of conquest and planning strategy with one of his officers,General Moussaka. Alexander was saying that they were going to sail across the sea to Troy, his first step in conquering the entire Persian Empire.

“Once you conquer Troy,” General Moussaka said, “what will you do next sir?”

Alexander showed him his charts and maps, “See, Turkey is right next door and taking it should be easy for us.”

“And what shall we do after Turkey?” asked the General.

“We’ll move on to conquer Israel and then Egypt.”

“And after Egypt?”

“Next would be Afghanistan.”

“Then what?”

“After Afghanistan, we shall take on the whole of India,” replied Alexander.

“And what, may I ask sir, will be the fruit of all these conquests?”

“Once we have conquered the world, after we have achieved all of our goals,” said Alexander, “then we will be able to enjoy ourselves.”

“Can we not,” asked Moussaka, “enjoy ourselves now?”



Good question. Can we not?

An even better question is, can we not enjoy ourselves now and still accomplish our goals in life at the same time? The answer is “we can!” If you want buoyant vibrant health and fitness, we can show you how to get it while you maintain a state of joy, peace and happiness. It’s the happy path. And it works.

But, first of all, here's a little story. A very learned doctor was bent over examining a lifeless figure laying in bed. When the doctor straightened up, he shook his head and, in the best bedside manner said, “I am very sorry to inform you sir, but your wife is dead.” He then pulled a sheet over the woman’s head.

A feeble voice of protest came from underneath the cover, “No, I’m not. I’m still alive.”

“Be quiet, dear,” the woman’s husband said, “the doctor knows more than you do.”

Does anybody really have the ability to know more about you than you do? We don’t think so. Of all the exciting things in the whole universe – the vast expansiveness of the cosmos, the wonderful mystery of black holes, the magnificent beauty of the Milky Way – the most awesome mystery is the Self. And, as long as you live, wherever you go, no matter how you feel about it, you have to take yourself along. So you might as well get to know and like yourself.
