365 Energy Boosters - Book Review

365 Energy Boosters - Book Review
A little while ago I received a wonderful little gift in the form of a book called 365 Energy Boosters. I received it right before a month long trip to China where I would be teaching and performing salsa dancing and so it was timely indeed. On top of getting used to the time difference, my dance partner and I had a very full schedule of classes, events, and performances that I knew were going to challenge my energy levels. I was eager to check it out and see if what it had to offer could really help me.

365 Energy Boosters is a practical guide to boosting your energy. The first line of the introduction hooked me when it asked “Tired of feeling Tired?” Yes! Yes, as a matter of fact I am! Susannah Seton, one of the authors, talked in the introduction about how she decided to write the book, which is a story we all can probably relate to – the story of being tired and feeling like your dragging but not really knowing what to do about it. Her book, written with Sondra Kornblatt, is her answer to that feeling.

The book is designed in an extremely user-friendly format. Basically as a 365 book, there is an energy boosting practice for every single day. All you literally have to do is flip open a page and follow the advice. All of the advice is simple and very accessible. The hands on suggestions are easy to employ and the ones that involve further outside action are thoroughly explained so that you’re well equipped to follow through.

I really enjoy having this book around. The daily inserts are just long enough to include really good information that teaches me something new yet short enough for me to finish over a glass of juice before I run out the door. If you’re an on the go person, I would highly suggest adding this to your library! It really has helped me keep my energy going. It’s written in a flowing conversational style that’s easy to follow and fun to read. I’m sure you’ll benefit from it as I have!
