Apple Cider Vinegar Diet Experiment
Are you interested in losing weight? Please come join us for our one month Apple Cider Vinegar Diet experiment! It's easy, fun, and you could lose weight!

Here's what we'll do. From June 1 2006 through June 15 2006, we'll all just "eat normally". However you eat, that is how you will eat. We will keep track of our weights and the daily carbs we eat, just to establish a base line. You don't have to do anything new or different or odd for those 15 days. Just keep notes.

Then, on June 15th, we'll divide up into 2 groups. Half will keep going on the same path, doing what they've always done. The other half will start adding Apple Cider Vinegar to their diet. We'll see if there is any difference at all by the end of the month!

Be sure to stop by our forums and chime in to the discussion, so we can arrange for who will do what on June 15th!
