Home Style Aerobics

We all know aerobics is essential to staying healthy. But I was born a couch potato, so I’ve had to find ways to get myself to exercise at home.

Even though I enjoy walking, the weather is sometimes discouraging. Besides, I love to stop and smell the roses – which is not exactly an aerobic activity.

The only thing that’s worked long term for me are aerobic exercise videos. By putting on my exercise clothes, turning on the tube and starting the video, I can usually trick myself into automatic action – like a robot. This is a great way for a couch potato like me to pump up the pulse.
