Hello Musician friends -
Well, my formerly broken wrist is nearly fully recovered. I have just one more physical therapy session coming up, and I am once again playing my instruments and typing with both hands. Yay!
So I have written another article on the topic of successfully coping with Musician Injuries. And soon to follow, I will write about what I have learned from physical therapists and doctors about musician injuries, how to recover and how to prevent them.
I will also share some articles for Musicians on the upcoming holidays.
Here's the latest article from the Musician site at BellaOnline.com.
