Hi everyone,

I hope to find you well. I've been battling something that started out as a cold and turned into who knows what. So, I'm finally feeling well enough to complete this article. I started out reading a book to review it here but failed to finish it because I got angry with the author! It really touches a nerve because of what I had experienced in the last 4 years. It wasn't until I did what this author discouraged people from doing that I found out what was wrong with me and found relief. So, take a look at this article and tell me what you think.
