Fibromyalgia and CFS

January 26 2007 Fibromyalgia and CFS Newsletter

Hi everyone,

I thought that it would be great to list some alternative solutions for fatigue. I've personally used some of the supplements and have found them to be helpful. Many of these supplements are easily found at your local health food and drug stores. I personally like Nature's Bounty brand, and I usually get them a Walgreens (usually on the buy one get one free sale). :) These supplements have greatly reduced my need for conventional treatments which reduces my chances of side effects. So, I hope you find this article helpful in your battle against fibromyalgia.
