Hi everyone,

I hope to find you well. I know it has been awhile since the last newsletter; I'm completing my ultrasound and physical therapy for these trigger points that just wouldn't go away. I'm not 100%, but I am much better-around 90%. In our case, that's great stats! I've also been conducting an aromatherapy workshop. We're finishing up this week. I had 7 participants which is great for my first workshop. I'll take a break for a few months, and then start the Advanced Aromatherapy workshop. It's a great way to earn some cash-just an idea to those who may need to change professions due to fibromyalgia.
