Fibromyalgia and CFS

April 4 2009 Fibromyalgia and CFS Newsletter

Hi everyone,

I hope to find you well. I've been out of commission for awhile due to personal circumstances. Hopefully, within the next month or so, I can get back on track with everything without a flare up. So far, I've been managing well thanks to aromatherapy. This is why I have included a new topic on the site, Fibromyalgia & Aromatherapy.

Aromatherapy has become my favorite pasttime, and in the process, I started feeling better. You would be amazed that something that's fun and smells so good can acutally make one feel better. I recently spoke at our local fibromyalgia support group regarding aromatherapy, and I felt that I should share the research with my Bella readers. Plus, I was uninspired for awhile-not really knowing what to write or being bored with what I was writing. I think adding this subject to the site will bring a fresh outlook in a different direction.

There are many things that I have pending due to what has happened in my life recently, so the main book project is on hold. I really can't focus and concentrate on such a deep subject right now. I will continue with the interview process (I refuse to give up my dream on sitting on Oprah's couch!), and perhaps reading your personal experiences will get me inspired again. I would like this book project to be a series, like Mary Shoman's books Living Well With... She is able to write about various conditions, but her main topic is Hypothyroidism. My goal is to have a series similar to hers or like the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. I have yet to decide on a title that will follow several books. My initial thought was to use the title of my blog, Vanish Despair. Tell me what you think, any ideas will be appreciated.

But, those of you who were looking for a book won't be disappointed. I am working on an Ebook that I think you will enjoy and could definitely use. I will keep the subject under wraps since people love to steal my ideas. I recently sent a query letter to a major national magazine, and instead of giving me the opportunity to write the article, one of the staff took my idea and wrote the article! So, never again-I'm going straight for books first!

Enjoy,

Veronica Thomas
