Fibromyalgia and CFS

May 1 2010 Fibromyalgia and CFS Newsletter

Hi everyone,

I hope to find everyone managing well. I have been extremely busy with my aromatherapy workshops. In fact, I have a basic workshop coming up in June that some of you may enjoy taking. If you've ever wanted to learn more about essential oils and aromatherapy, this is your chance to do so. I will have a conference call via a blog talk show explaining the details on Monday, May 3, 2010 at 11 am central. Also, in honor of Fibromyalgia Day during the month of May, I will have another blog talk show on May 6, 2010 entitled Relief Never Smelled So Good. I will be discussing how essential oils can help some fibromyalgia symptoms.

At one time, I was a conventional medicine "follower"-meaning I felt that it was the only option to treat conditions. Since I have been using essential oils along with other alternative therapies such as herbs, physical therapy, pilates, and others, I have gone from six conventional medicines down to one on a daily basis and one on occasion (during a flare up). It is possible! I am a firm believer!

Enjoy!
