Thai Fresh Spring Rolls
Thai Fresh Spring Rolls are a wonderful, healthy snack or lunch coice. I also love making them for parties. Fresh Thai spring rolls are not fried as the common egg rolls you find in many Chinese restaurants. These are far healthier and can be prepared ahead for guests.

Laab Neua (beef Salad)
Laab Neua (beef) is not as common as Laab Gai (chicken)but has a far more depth of flavour.

Miang Gai
Miang Gai is a very tasty snack often sold as street food. It involves wrapping little tidbits of several items in a leaf, along with a sweet-and-salty sauce. Chewing all the combination of ingredients together is like a snap-crackle and pop of bursting exciting flavours.

Phrik Kaeng Kiao Wan
Green curry is always a favourite using any meat, fowl, seafood, or vegetables. The fragrance of the green curry ingredients like lemongrass, green chiles, etc. are mouthwatering.

Bitter Melon
This healthy side dish of bitter melon is great with steamed rice.

Amazing Thai Condiments
Thai meals are only complete with an array of Thai condiments . You can easily make these at home.

Thai Barbecued Baby Backs
My Thai ribs are always the hit of a party! Make the marinade the night before for an easy entree for your next gathering.

Bu Ja (Crab And Pork)
Bu Ja is a festive dish of crab and pork steamed in it's shell. This can be made ahead and steamed just 20 minutes before dinner for a gorgeous fragrant fist course.

Thai Stir-fry Noodles
We love stir-fried noodles and this Thai quick and easy noodle recipe is the perfect go to lunch or dinner. Just add chicken and or seafood for extra flavour, or use tofu for vegetarian style noodles.

Vegetable Green Curry
Green Vegetable Curry is a favourite recipe for Fall vegetables. The robust flavour can be adjusted easily to your palate.
