"Many people look at the "Avon lady" or Mary Kay rep as a pushy peddler of products. But, behind the scenes, we donīt know if we just put food in a childīs mouth, or bought diapers for a baby. There have been many times when I sold make up or candles or whatever opportunity that I had at that moment, and used that money to pay for my fibromyalgia medicine. Or what about the feeling of self worth that many experience because of being able to contribute to the familyīs income, even in a small way. Thatīs what direct selling is all about-helping to create income opportunities for others."-Veronica E. Thomas

"After years of suffering with this illness, Iīve gotten to a point in my life where I see hope for fibromyalgia sufferers. Weīre on the verge of a medical breakthrough, and soon millions will benefit from these medical advances. I am a firm believer that you canīt fight what you donīt know. So, I feel that by becoming "armed" with knowledge of this illness and treatment options available, it will help ones to discover that there is relief and that you can live a more quality life." -Veronica E.
