Low Carb Blackberry Sorbet Recipe

Low Carb Blackberry Sorbet Recipe
Blackberry sorbet is full of antioxidants, low carb and delicious! It only takes 1/2 hour to make and is perfect to end any meal. If you're curious what a sorbet is, a sorbet has no milk, while a sherbet does. Both of them are iced treats usually with a fruit or berry flavor.

Ingredients:
3 cups frozen blackberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup Splenda
1/2 cup water

Blend all four items together on puree setting, letting it sit to thaw for a few minutes if necessary. When the mix is about molasses-thick, use your ice cream maker as normal for about 30 minutes to turn it into a frozen dessert!

The taste on this sorbet is GREAT!! This makes the perfect summertime snack, or a great ending to any meal.

You can of course substitute many other berries in for the blackberry depending on what is in season in your local area!

Servings: 4
Carbs: 4.4g
