Dairy foods are homogenized. Animals are raised to have much higher fat content. Seeds, vegetables and grains are sucked of their nutrient rich oils and these are then processed to death. The depleted, toxic oils are hydrogenated and used for deep frying. These are all killers. Plus on top of everything else, we pour on all kinds of refined sugars. Talk about overkill!
