Sex And The Prostate

Sex And The Prostate
Regular exercise and an active sex life may help reduce prostate cancer risk. One recent study of nearly 30,000 men, over an eight year period, showed that those men who had the most ejaculations between the ages of 20 and 50 also had the lowest incidence of prostate cancer. The theory is that ejaculation helps flush out unwanted potential cancer cells.

When diagnosed with prostate cancer, I believe a man should always get a second opinion and consider natural, alternative therapies before choosing surgery or radiation. Since lifelong impotence and incontinence are both fairly common side effects of these two medical treatments and the fact that only one out of seven diagnosed men die from prostate cancer, it makes sense to be as calm as possible and consider all alternatives.
