Cod liver oil is a source of lecithin, iodine, bromine, omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. Regular supplementation can prevent rickets, a disease of vitamin D deficiency.*

Food Sources:
  • cod fish

When supplementing, look for products with:
  • natural vitamin A to D ratio (10 to 1)
  • no contaminants of any kind
  • 100% pure Cod liver oil
