Ham & Tater Tots Casserole

Guest Author - Sandy Moyer

Ham & Tater Tots Casserole

  • 1 - 32 oz. bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup cooked ham cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 cup light cream or half & half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Monterry Jack cheese
  • paprika

Preparation -
Spray a shallow glass or cramic baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the tater tots in the bottom of the dish. Add the ham, then the chopped onion. In a small mixing bowl, beat the eggs, cream, salt and pepper together. Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish. Spread the shredded cheese on top. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the ingredients are bubbly and the cheese is melted and very lightly browned.

The 12" Everyday Pan is an all-purpose pan.
It can be used on the stove top or used in the oven and under the broiler!
