Sunny Morning Smoothie

Here's a recipe for a flavorful mixed fruit smoothie to brighten any morning.

  • 1-1/2 cups milk, 1% milk , 2% milk, soy milk or whole milk
  • 4 T. sugar or SplendaŽ sweetener.
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1 seedless tangerine or clementine or 1/3 cup drained, canned Mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mango
  • 6 ice cubes

Preparation -
Place all the ingredients, except the ice, in the blender container. Process on high speed until the fruit is pureed and the ingredients are well-blended. Add the ice cubes and process on high speed until the ice is completely crushed and the drink is very smooth and creamy. Makes two servings - about 12 oz. each.
