Spread cupcakes with bright Halloween colored frosting.
Add green candy sprinkles for a bed of grass.
Place marshmallow "Peeps" in Halloween shapes on top.
Use chocolate chips to create pumpkin faces on orange frosted cupcakes.
Top frosted cupcakes with green candy sprinkles.
Place mellocreme Halloween pumpkins on top.
Pipe skeleton or spider web designs on frosted cupcakes.
These decorating ideas could easily be used to decorate cookies too.
