Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

1/4 cup bell pepper very finely chopped
1 1/2 T. cornstarch
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Preparation -
In a small saucepan combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in other ingredients. Bring to a low boil, stirring constantly; Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir until thickened. .
