Weight Milestone Signs

If your goal is to lose some weight, I *highly* recommend getting yourself a weight milestone sign. It is quite amazing how much these free signs help you achieve your goals!

When I Lost Ten Pounds in Two Weeks one of the key to my success was this type of sign. You want the sign to be a SMALL easy to reach goal - always 5 pounds or less. We go with whatever multiple of five is below your current weight. So if you are currently 222, the sign is for 220. If you are currently 189, the sign is for 185. If you are currently 133, the sign is for 130.

Here are some sample signs we've made:







How do these work? First, you come by the forum thread and tell us what sign you need. If it happens that your number is already in the forum, you're welcome to use that sign! Once you have a sign, print out numerous copies of it. Hang one on your bedroom dresser, one on your fridge, one on your bathroom mirror. Carry one in your purse or wallet. The key is to have these positive, encouraging goals hanging all around you.

Now every time you see one of those signs it's a mental boost to you, reminding you that very soon you will be that target! It will help you grab a salad, to do 10 minutes of yoga, to go for a walk with a friend. It will get you to do a few stretches in bed before you go to sleep, to do some against-the-wall pushups while waiting for the bath water to heat up.

There are SO many little ways that you can add some exercise into your life. You can park further away from the store and walk in. Go up the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Get a friend to go walking with you, even at the local mall. Grab a diet soda instead of something sugary. Have a delicious yogurt as a dessert.

The sign helps to keep you on track. It really does work - come and give it a try in our forum!
