Calphalon 10-in. Nonstick Commercial Nonstick Everyday Pan with Stainless Steel Lid
The 10-in. pan is an all-purpose pan. Use it for searing, browning and sauteing vegetables and meats. It's also oven safe to 450º. Two loop handles allow easy lifting, and a heavyweight, domed stainless steel lid keeps moisture in and circulates heat.
