Aerobic Exercise Videos

For aerobic exercise, I've had to find a short cut that would save me some time. Plus, I’m a homebody. For many years I’ve had a home business and, although I travel some, no matter how exotic my destination, I’m always happier to come back than I am to leave home.

I’ve had exercise bikes, rowing machines and trampolines. But, none of them had any staying power with me. The only thing I’ve been able to stick with (or at least keep going back to) is aerobic videos.

Leslie Sansone’s are my favorite. She’s cheerful, without being sickeningly sweet, her workouts are easy to learn, low impact and she looks like a real person - not some Playmate of the month. I’ve been using Leslie’s Two-Mile Walk for several years now – I wore out a couple of videos and finally bought it on DVD.

If you’re a homebody too or you don't want to take the time or spend the money to go to the gym or you're just a natural born couch potato like me, you might want to click below, purchase a copy and give it a try!
