A Happy Formula - Part 2

A Happy Formula - Part 2
In what ways do men and women have the same view of their needs for happiness? Both sexes found that health, friendships and financial stability – in that order - were important.

But when it got right down to it, what had the strongest mental effect on a person’s happiness (male or female) was their outlook on life in general, their feelings about their past, their adaptability to the present and their expectations for the future.
