Hamburger Tater-Tot Casserole

Hamburger Tater-Tot Casserole

  • 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp. all purpose seasoning such as Morten's Natures Seasons.
  • 3/4 cup onion - finely chopped
  • 1 - 12 oz pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 1 package frozen tater tots

Preparation -
Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the ground beef in the prepared pan and spread it around to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with the seasoning. Add the following ingredients in layers, spreading each one around to cover the previous layer as much as possible - chopped onions, frozen vegetables, soup, and tater tots. Bake in a preheated oven at 375º for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 more minutes.
