Harris-Benedict Equation - Metabolism Calculator



Need to know how many calories your body needs as a base every day, including the type of activity you tend to do? This calculator should help you figure that out. It takes your Basal Metabolic Rate - or BMR - and then modifies that based on your daily activity. Note that this is VERY general since you are making guesstimates as to your daily activity. It should be a starting guideline.
