SIGN UP FOR HERBAL MUSINGS!

Welcome to all things herbal.

My name is Amelia Tucker and I am the Editor for the BellaOnline Herb site.

I have been growing and creating herbals for over 20 years. Usually everything I create is grown by me and I actually do use my herbs in such mundane things as making my Rosemary chicken taste divine and soothing an upset tummy with a simple tea of mints.

In this weekly newsletter you will find recipes, info and planting information for all sorts of herbs. I also welcome your questions about any herbs that you may have.

Our family owns a greenhouse business and we are always searching for new ways to incorporate herbs into our lives. One of the best things about herbs is the wonderful community that evolves when people come together to discuss growing and using herbs in everyday living.

This site has a wonderful forum with many others, like yourself, who want to learn more about using herbs and everyone is welcome! It is a great place to just introduce yourself and peek at what other gardeners are doing in their neck of the woods. Come on over for a visit!

This herbal site is created with the beginner in mind. If you have always wanted to grow herbs, from a small rock garden to landscaping your entire property, you can find information to do so. If you are curious about what sort of herbs to include in a relaxing tea then you can find that here as well. Do you want to know how to cook with a special herb? Is there a recipe you have tasted that needs to be explained? This is the place!

Do you want to learn to make an herbal tincture? How about what to do if you have a cough from a winter's cold and want something warm to soothe it?

I will bring you easy to follow tips and ideas for making the perfect herbal gift for a friend. Are you looking for a gift for an herbal lover? I will offer some ideas there as well.

Lastly, the most important thing to have when learning and using herbs is an extensive herbal library. I will review the many herbal magazines and books that are a must have for your garden shelf.

Thanks for visiting and I hope you become a subscriber to my newsletter!
