What is full of information you can use, entertaining and free? A subscription to the Senior Living newsletter at Bella Online.

The goal of Senior Living is to provide resources, support and encouragement as we move from youth to maturity...without completely leaving our inner child behind. We may have to grow chronologically older, but we don't have to be old in our thinking!

There are new chapters to be written, even after our children are grown, if we have the energy to pursue them. Your Senior Living editor is fighting old age kicking and screaming every step of the way, determined to never be old. The spirit is willing but the body is weak. But she'll keep on keeping on, looking for another mountain to climb, another river to cross, another challenge to be met. Why don't you come on along?

There's always something new to learn, something new to try, someplace new to visit, even if it is through books that we read. Seniors aren't too old to have dreams and goals. In fact, seniors are in a wonderful place to explore the world around us for the rest of our days!

What did you miss in a recent issue of the newsletter?

* Dream chasing...to be continued...
* Goal-setting...and achieving.
* Successful aging
* Cooking for one...or two.
* Travel: favorite spots for R&R.
* Medicare: News that could affect you directly or indirectly.

There will be a lot more in future newsletter issues as well as lots of articles at the website, www.bellaonline.com/site/seniorliving. Topics include:
