My name is Tracy and I am the new Yoga Editor on BellaOnline. Here is my first newsletter!

Tip - As the weather is changing and getting colder, it's a good idea to ensure you are warm enough when you do your Yoga practise. Being cold creates tensions in the body which can result in injuries. Don't bulk up on clothes, as this will hinder your ability to move. Have the heating set to an ambient temperature so you are comfortable and relaxed. If you are living in a hotter climate, then do your practise in a well ventilated area, if not outdoors!

Diet - Warming hearty seasonal foods like potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and pumpkin are all great to keep you in balance this time of year. They not only help you to stay warm, they also provide healthy nutrients to help keep colds at bay.

Here's the latest article from the Yoga site at BellaOnline.com.
