Cutting Back On Booze?
You can eliminate most, if not all, of the alcohol in the cocktail recipes I feature and write about. To find heavenly recipes for beverages that don't involve any booze at all, check out my section on Mocktails (which are alcohol-free cocktails). You'll enjoy all of the fun without sacrificing taste!
Michelle's Swizzle-Stick Tip
Many cocktail recipes call for something called simple syrup or sugar syrup that you can make easily at home, and store in your fridge for several weeks. Don your lab coat and boil some up at home so you have some in advance of this summer's cocktail easy-sippin' season:

Notes On A Cocktail Napkin...
|
Welcome to my new HTML newsletter, and I thank all of my loyal subscribers as well as my new ones for coming to hang out with me. As you know I'm currently working on a cocktail book that's due out in early 2007, and it's a wonderful experience! Keep dropping by the BellaOnline Cocktails site, though, because I'm adding as many cool cocktails and mocktails that I can find or dream up so that your summer is as refreshing as possible. I add several new recipes every week. Enjoy your visit, and feel free to let me know what recipes you'd like to see featured on the site!

Cocktail Site Search Tips
|
Every time you look for a recipe on the Cocktails site, the search term is logged in my files. I check these logs frequently to find out what visitors want to find on my site, which means there is yet another way to let me know that you want to see something featured. Here are my best tips for using the Search box:
» Use Correct Spelling
If unsure of the spelling, enter your best guess in the search box. Or try searching by a single ingredient.
» Try Fewer Search Terms
Getting a result for your searches is much more likely if you use a single word, such as "mocktail" or "vodka".
» Check The Forums
I'll be featuring drink recipes from the search logs, so check the forum often to see if I've found yours.
» Contact Michelle
Still can't find what you want? Send me a note with your request, and I'll see what I can do. The more polite and friendly your letter is, the faster your wish will be granted :)
