Good day, friends!
This weekend Americans celebrate a holiday known as "Labor Day", and many of us take this time to partake in the last of Summertime activities. In many areas it marks the end of the school break and classes start again on Tuesday. But even if you're not in the U.S. or doing anything special this weekend, it could be a wonderful time to reflect on how much your job affects you and your health, and how you might find ways to focus on making your life calmer and more peaceful - even when you've got deadlines to meet and a hectic schedule to manage.
In honor of Labor Day, this week's article talks about some of the common ways circumstances surrounding our work can make us feel the weight of the responsibilities we carry. There are some suggestions about how yoga can become a welcome relief for a stressful life, and there's also some handy links to articles that go into more specifics.
