Good Saturday Friends!

This year is moving forward very fast and we're almost halfway through it! Yoga is a very good way to find some quality slow-down time, and I'm hoping that all of you take those moments in your day to turn inward and mellow out!

My article for this week focuses on how a woman (or man) with a larger body can approach successful Yoga. My belief is that everyone of any size, age or ability can find Yoga that suits them very well and brings that sense of peace to their lives as well as maker their bodies stronger and healthier. I hope that you enjoy reading it, and if you have any comments, questions or suggestions please feel free to come into the Yoga forum and post your view!
