There's a new season upon us, Summer, and the very warm weather does seem to draw us outdoors even more! I hope that you're enjoying the articles I'm adding each week, and that you come in to the forum or respond by clicking "reply" to this email with your suggestions and comments. I look forward to hearing from you!

The article I recently added focuses on arm, shoulder and core strength. I know that many of you are enjoying tennis, golf and swimming at this time of year, and these poses can make a noticeable difference in your ability as well as reduce your chances of injury.

These two asanas focus on the upper body. They are excellent for athletes who rely on arm and shoulder strength and mental focus.
