Good Tuesday, everyone!

I hope your week is off to a great start! For the next month or so I'll continue to add instructions for opening/clearing the seven main body energy points. This week, the article concerns chakra #2. When you meditate on the chakras regularly, it can make a tremendous difference in your life. You feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually, and you find that tackling problems such as weight loss, self-confidence issues, and health concerns, become much easier to manage.
