A super-simple meal of salmon and green beans is very tasty and filling, while only giving you 2.9g carbs each. This is great for a quick summer grill.

Ingredients:
1 pound salmon filet
1 cup fresh green beans
1/2 stick butter
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup canola oil
Spray bottom of salmon with olive oil. Melt butter and liberally apply to top of salmon. Grill on one side only for just under 10 minutes. Wet the green beans, spray them with canola oil and stir-fry them for around 10 minutes. Serve both with the butter sauce.
Serves 2 people
