"Sparkling bright
Perpetually shining Lord of Light
Pointing out your path of love
That first and holy Christmas night.

You brought into our darkened sight
A message on that day of days:
Through caring, sharing become aware
Give unconditional love always.

You showed your Sacred Heart of Love
So everyone could see
Through acts of charity love shines
Unbridled, full, strong and free.

That kindness opens inner sight
Shining as a guiding light
Perpetual remembrance to this day
Of the holy Christmas night!"
