Holiday Vegetable Bake

Holiday Vegetable Bake

  • 1 package (16 oz.) frozen brocoli, cauliflower and carrots (or a similar combination) - thawed
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1-1/3 cups French-fried onions, divided

Preparation -
Spray a large (2 - 3 qt.) casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Combine the vegetables, soup, milk and 2/3 cup of the fried onions. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and bake, covered, at 375º for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and stir. Sprinkle the remaining 2/3 cup french-fried onions over top. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 8 to 10 minutes or until the onion topping is golden brown.
