Now that you see the variation try substituting roll and clap for other things like shake, shake, shake your hands or stomp, stomp, stomp your foot. One of my favorite variations is wiggle, wiggle, wiggle as slowly as can be, etc. When you wiggle, you wiggle your whole your whole body.
