CHAKRA CHATTER
Greetings friends,
This week has a bit of quieter tone to it, given the approach of a Holiday celebrated by many here in the U.S., and around the world as well. Regardless of your own beliefs, my prayer for you is that the coming days bring you joy and laughter, as well as the company of many of those you love!
Continuing with my articles about stretching, I have continued down to the hip/thigh/pelvic area with instructions for the Squat Pose. This can also be very beneficial to those of you who are on your feet for longer periods than normal during this season. I hope that you both enjoy and benefit from my work at BellaOnline.
