I would like to wish all of you a healthy, peaceful and successful week! This time of year can be very busy for many of us, and I want to remind you to remember to pause and practice Yoga asanas at some point every day.

Keeping a Yoga journal is a wonderful way to note your progress, your thoughts, and write down your goals.
My article this week is about the most basic of all Yoga asanas - Namaste or Prayer Pose. It is surprising the number of Yogis who have never received proper instruction for this very beneficial posture.
