"CHAKRA CHATTER"
Good Friday to you, friends!
One of the best aspects of Yoga is that it is always there for you. No matter what the weather, how demanding your schedule, or even your current fitness level, there are always asanas that will be right for you, and will benefit you both physically and mentally!
This week, I posted two articles that are quite different, and will appeal to Yogis who are also at different practice levels. Beginners may enjoy learning more about the Lunge Pose, as it is simple to execute, while it is enormously effective. Intermediate/Advanced level Yogis may enjoy reading about how to properly perform a headstand, which is something many of you may be considering at this point, but have not yet undertaken. Wherever your knowledge level falls on the Yoga scale, I hope that you find these and other articles I write helpful and motivational. As always, I include suggested modifications for these poses, solutions to problems, and safety cautions.
My prayer for all of you today is that you enjoy a beautiful, healthy weekend. Do something special for yourself!
Peace and every blessing,

"Headstand Pose"
Yes, you can learn to stand on your head! Inverted Yoga Asanas can reduce the effects of gravity on our bodies, improve circulation, and give us incredible quiet time. Keep safety in mind, have a little patience, and you'll be upside-down in no time!
