"CHAKRA CHATTER"


Good Saturday to all of you!

We are now at that time of year known as Indian Summer and it's a beautiful gift from Nature to be sure. The days are warm and the sun is still strong, but the evenings are getting cooler - it's a wonderful time to practice yoga on a porch or patio while watching the glorious sunsets!

This week I continued to publish articles about clearing and balancing the body's chakras. Meditating on these energy sources is a very deep and meaningful experience. I hope all of you take the time to include chakra balancing in your life.
