January 22 2011 Yoga Newsletter

Welcome to another edition of And Now Yoga. 2011 is off to a strong start with January whizzing by! This year guarantees to be one full of new information and ideas about yoga. I've planned a schedule of articles for this year that includes new sequences, summaries of various kinds of yoga practices, product and book reviews, introductions to each limb of Patanjali's Eight-Limb Path of Yoga, and so much more! Also, be on the lookout for a new design to the newsletter.

In the spirit of the new year I've written a few articles this month around the idea of beginning something new, whether it's starting a yoga practice for the first time, or adding a new element to your practice.
