Greetings friends!

Today I am writing to you not only about the latest article I have written, but about what I am focusing on for the rest of this year. All my articles from now until December 31st will be aimed at helping you to find ways to bring down the stress level in your life.

Holiday time can be very busy and many people feel a sense of weight and heaviness upon them during this period. Even for those who do not observe any holidays at this time can still feel the stress others are experiencing and in some ways become affected by it as well.

I'm hoping to help all of you to breathe a bit easier, and use these Yoga practices now, and throughout your life.
