Two new articles are at the Yoga site this week. The first one, "Pelvic Tilt Pose", continues with Yoga stretches, and the second, "Cow Face Pose" is an intermediate level asana that gives your body more of a challenge.

"Pelvic Tilt Pose"
The Pelvic Tilt gives the body a good stretch for the lower back, hip and thigh areas. Adding upper body to this asana works the chest and abdominals as well.
"Gomukhasana or Cow Face Pose"
Cow Face Pose is an uplifting pose that provides a good stretch for your arms and shoulders. Especially good for anyone who spends hours at the desk!
