Good Saturday, friends!

This week I added two articles to the Yoga site, one each for the beginner and the established Yogi. The beginner article gives instruction for "Lunge Pose" and this is something all of us here should be familiar with. The advanced article gives instruction for "Headstand Pose", and it's the first inverted asana I have written about. As always, I include modification suggestions, and advice for solving problems with the poses. I hope all of you enjoy them!

My prayer for all of you this weekend is that you find healthy ways to relax and refresh yourself after the busy work week!

This basic asana is a must-know for anyone interested in Yoga. Improving your balance, your posture and giving your legs an "ahh" stretch are among the many benefits!
