Good Saturday Friends!
This week I added instructions for the Cobra Pose. Many of us spend hours every day at the desk, reading and writing, with our heads bend over. This does put a strain on your necks and can cause poor posture. Headaches from maintaining this position are not uncommon as well. The Cobra lifts your body up in a position that is counter to leaning forward and gives your spine and upper back muscles a refreshing break.
Today many of you are preparing for Easter Sunday or celebrating the last days of Passover. I wish all of you who honor this time happiness, joy and peace!
Spring is blooming all around us now - so please get outdoors as often as you can!
